About This Project

Jhorle Lapha is a 40-minute feature-length animated film that beautifully highlights the rich culture of the Magar community. The film showcases their unique language, traditional attire, customs, and way of life, preserving and celebrating their heritage through the medium of animation.

As the Lead Animator, I directed and animated the entire film, managing a team of artists and ensuring cultural authenticity throughout production. Every scene was meticulously crafted to honor the traditions and stories of the Magar people, making this a deeply meaningful and culturally significant project.
